The mission of the Central State Troopers' Coalition Mississippi Chapter is:

MEMBERSHIP

SECTION 1.   Any active sworn Trooper of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol shall be eligible for membership in the Mississippi Chapter of the Central State Troopers Coalition, subject to provisions of this Constitution and By-Laws of the Coalition. No person shall be denied membership on account of Race, Creed, Religion or Sex.

SECTION 2.   An active member in good standing who retires or resigns from active duty shall retain all the rights of Associate Membership. Active members who are dismissed from service on charges which are subsequently sustained in a regular court of Law, or who do not contest the decision of the dismissing authority automatically forfeit their membership.

SECTION 3.   An associate member may be an active member who retires or resigns from active duty in good standing or any active member of the Criminal Justice System, including law enforcement officers, judges, legislators, and elected officials and their employees.
